Out-of-country tours require Administrative Council and Board of Trustees approval, so sufficient lead time is recommended. The NAD also has certain requirements and forms pertaining to out-of-division trips. Make sure that you go to http://adventisteducation.org/ to read the policy and download the appropriate form.
