Reserve a Vehicle
Who can rent vehicles from us?
- University employees, for school-related activities
- Student club presidents, for club-related school activities
- Adventist churches and schools, for organization-related travel
Occasionally, scheduling or other circumstances prevent us from being able to provide
rental vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse rental at our sole discretion. Reservations
are only confirmed once a confirmation number is received via email.
Please be sure to request a copy of your rental invoices at the end of each month
if you need them. You can do so by emailing the transportation office through southern.edu/transportation.
Otherwise, all invoices will be sent directly to Accounting for billing.
