Calendar Requests

For Additions/Changes to the Calendar

All requests must be submitted to calendar@southern.edu, with the following information. Every request is considered but please note that submissions do not guarantee that they will be added to the online calendar. 


For additions to the calendar:
  • Name of event
  • Start time (end time if applicable)
  • Location
  • Event information / description
  • If having a speaker, please include name, picture, and bio 
  • Ticket cost (if applicable)
  • Picture that represents the event

For changes to events already listed:
  • List date and name of event
  • Explain changes that need to be made (i.e. time change / date change / speaker change / etc.)
