Calendar Requests
For Additions/Changes to the Calendar
All requests must be submitted to calendar@southern.edu, with the following information. Every request is considered but please note that
submissions do not guarantee that they will be added to the online calendar.
For additions to the calendar:
For changes to events already listed:
For additions to the calendar:
- Name of event
- Start time (end time if applicable)
- Location
- Event information / description
- If having a speaker, please include name, picture, and bio
- Ticket cost (if applicable)
- Picture that represents the event
For changes to events already listed:
- List date and name of event
- Explain changes that need to be made (i.e. time change / date change / speaker change / etc.)
