Housekeeper for Two Vacation Cabin Rentals

Location/Department: Ringgold, 20 min. from SAU 

Description/Duties: I’m looking for a housekeeper who can clean two short term vacation cabin rentals. One is a 3 story cabin and one is a tiny cabin.
Tasks include cleaning, restocking, organizing, laundry, making beds, folding linens, maintaining a hot tub and 2 grills, leaf blowing, etc.

Qualifications: Own transportation, hard working, detail oriented, available through the summer or more (ideally), available to clean after each group checks out.

Hours: Hours vary but average to 10 hours a week.
During the school year there is often flexibility to clean anytime from Sunday or Monday afternoon through Wednesday or Thursday, but summers and other busy seasons have more back to back bookings.

Pay Rate: Flat rate that we will determine by job description that we coordinate

Bilingual Spanish Tutor Needed for Immersive Home Learning!

Location/Department: Collegdale/Apison Area 

Description/Duties: We are seeking an enthusiastic, native or fluent Spanish-speaking tutor to provide fun, in-home Spanish sessions for our two boys (ages 6 and 2).

The Students & Goal

6-Year-Old: Has completed three years of Spanish immersion (Pre-K/K) and is ready to continue building fluency. Focus will include immersive play and developing Spanish reading skills.

2-Year-Old: Has had some early Spanish exposure. We want to continue his journey through fun, age-appropriate, immersive play.

Goal: Maintain and advance their Spanish proficiency through engaging, play-based learning!

Qualifications: Native or fluent Spanish speaker, experience with young children, genuinely enjoys working with young children

Hours: Starting with 1 session per week (days/times flexible to discuss). Potential to increase frequency.
