To help protect Southern email accounts from spam, phishing and viruses, Southern uses an email filtering service called Proofpoint.

To view your quarantined email, click here.

Proofpoint sends a daily digest email that summarizes any messages placed in quarantine. From that email, you can review quarantined messages, release messages you want to receive, and allow senders.

When you allow a sender, that sender is added to your Safe Senders List, and future messages from that sender are less likely to be quarantined.

To view or manage your Safe Senders List and Blocked Senders List, sign in to the Proofpoint Portal using your Southern email address and password.
