OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive is Southern Adventist University’s cloud storage service for students and employees.

Your @southern.edu account includes 1 TB of OneDrive storage. You can use OneDrive to store files online, access them from anywhere, and share them with others.

You can access OneDrive by going to go.southern.edu/onedrive and signing in with your @southern.edu account.

Microsoft also provides OneDrive apps for major platforms including Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android.

If you use Microsoft Office, you can sign in to Office apps with your Southern account and save files directly to OneDrive. Your files can then sync automatically across your devices.

For soon to be graduates

If you have files stored on Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive associated with your Southern email address, please be aware that access to these cloud storage services will expire upon your departure from Southern. To safeguard your important documents and data, we recommend downloading them before graduation.
