About the CTE

The Center for Teaching Excellence and Biblical Foundations of Faith and Learning (CTE-BFFL) provides a wide variety of services to promote effective and innovative teaching, support professional development, and facilitate the integration of biblical foundations within all curriculum. We collaborate with faculty across a wide variety of instructional approaches, recognizing the need for individual differences among faculty members and disciplines. 

The CTE is dedicated to support Southern Adventist University’s mission on teaching and scholarly activities, fostering an enriched academic environment that enhances student learning and growth on our campus.

Meetings by appointment. Find us at 5071-B Colcord Drive (behind the Promenade). Office entrance is located between Online Campus and the Art Annex main entrances.
